Hello everyone!
I'm Kaitlyn and I manage Crafty Owl Artisans Market. You probably know me from Facebook lives, stories or from coming into the shop. I'm the "face" behind Crafty Owl. I wanted to start a blog to get back into long-form content. With social media today it's all about the videos and the quick transitions. However, I love to read and I love to learn more about businesses which sometimes you can't do with a short 7-second video on social media.
I'm starting this blog to make a connection with our customers and to give you something other than video content. This blog will be about small business and some things you can do to help out small businesses like mine and others. We'll discuss new products and we'll even do gift guides around certain holidays so we can help you kick-start that holiday shopping. We'll feature some of our vendors as well so you can learn a little more about them, who they are and what products they make. We'll feature a few other things like announce events, feature newsletters from previous weeks and so much more.
I am so excited to share with you all these ideas I have for the blog. I plan to post once a week on Monday mornings. I'll also post on social media when a blog post goes live, so in case you miss it I'll post a reminder for you. Of course, if you're not on our newsletter yet, be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be in the know. I'll also link the weekly blog post in newsletters as well so that's even more of a reason to sign up!
